About the client
The business area of Emea trading is wholesale. All of the company's work was conducted in 1C. To improve the effectiveness of managers' work Emea trading management decided to install Bitrix24.
Bitrix24 integrationHow do you migrate your managers' work to Bitrix24? To accomplish this task, you need to do a Bitrix integration with 1C. This is not easy to do because CRM doesn't support in-house exchange. To exchange data between the systems, Digital Foursquare used its own development. What was done:
Payment control (sales funnel)
The card will automatically move to another stage of the "Prostroy" funnel. Here we made 2 robots:
At the first stage of the "Mayzhe stitched" funnel, all areas are consumed with the final payment term in 2 days. So the manager needs to be able to call some clients and tell them about the payment.
Robot 1 sends an automatic notification to the manager. It contains the transaction card and the responsible manager.
If the debtor has promised to pay today, the manager moves the transaction card. Did the customer fail to pay when promised? In such a case, the transaction is automatically moved to overdue payments.
Depending on the stage of overdue payment, appropriate notifications are set up for management. Along with the changes in 1C, the transaction stage in Bitrix24 changes accordingly.

On the right side of the job card you can see the stages of work. This is a very convenient and useful feature.
The manager can see where the communication has ended, quickly react to problems or questions, leave comments and fixate on important information.The manager has the ability to track employee activity on the agreement in the "History" tab. To see everything related to the agreement (set tasks, scheduled meetings, formed documents, etc.) the "Communications" tab allows.
Adjusted system of manager's work. Thanks to the integration of Bitrix-1C it became possible to synchronize data in the systems. Transactions for which the payment deadline expires are automatically pulled into the control funnel.
The Bitrix24 integration has helped the company to fine-tune the workflow. Now managers only need to follow instructions and guide the client through the set parameters of the sales funnel.
The Bitrix24 system independently sets tasks, reminds of things to do and notifies management of shortcomings.
