The owner of a hotel in Odessa approached our company. The business needed help from business process automation specialists.
Hotel room booking via CRM
When creating a request to book a room, Bitrix24 received the data: Name, room rate for the selected time period, as well as the customer's contact details - phone and email.
Creating an email with a payment link
After the data was displayed in the CRM system, the manager contacted the client through Bitrix24 and confirmed the booking. The manager then launched a process that pulled the client's data from Bitrix24 and generated a special customized payment link.
The payment link was automatically added to the email template, translated into the customer's communication language and sent to the customer in a message. Thus, the client received the link in his email and could pay for the booking immediately.
Notifying the manager about the payment
A customer pays for the service by following this unique link. Then the system automatically notifies the manager about payment in the CRM-system. We have built managers' work in such a way that without access to a payment terminal they have information about payment or non-payment of hotel rooms.

● Automating the sending of payment references. ● Connecting managers to billing without access to hidden information.● Generating emails in customer's preferred language and sending them automatically. ● The notification of payment comes to the manager in the CRM. ● In case of delayed payment the manager will also be notified.
