Comfortable logistics for the furniture shop

About the client

We were contacted by the founder of a furniture company with showrooms opened in various Ukrainian cities.

Due to the constant need to clarify a lot of different points with clients about the goods and delivery, arranging the joint operation of warehouses and shops was counterproductive.

Given the uniqueness of the structure of the company, we launched the development of automation of business processes in the enterprise: from order receipt to the point of delivery.

What was done in the course of the project:

Logistics is justly regarded as one of the most challenging niches for process automation.
During the implementation of CRM in the enterprise, we developed a business process through which the manager, during the communication with the client, learned and recorded all the necessary data: the type of delivery (mail, pickup, delivery by company), address, time, etc. Then, based on the information received, moved the deal card to the appropriate stage in the CRM.

How it works:

As soon as the manager filled in the required information, the CRM checked which shop the specified order belonged to and what was its status.

If it was a pick-up or postal delivery, the data on lifting to the floor and assembly were not taken into account.

If a delivery was ordered from a company - these data needed to be clarified by a manager and he specified them in the transaction card.

After specifying all the data, the order was sent to the validation stage, where Bitrix24 generated a task for the warehouse.

What processes take place in the system:

All tasks are allocated to groups of warehouse managers.

    When a manager has placed a picking order and entered all the information - the task is moved to the logistics category with the specified date, customer data and order nomenclature.
    If a pickup or postal delivery is approved - a similar task is created with the label Pickup or Post, which allows to collect all orders for dispatch at the beginning of the day.
    If the client specifies the need for lifting the goods to the floor or assembly - a preliminary task for the day is generated and at the logistician.

We set up the ability to distribute tasks at the end of the day to schedule deliveries for the next day. The manager would then inform the customer about the delivery.

What the customer received:

    Automated processes from order placement to delivery to the customer;
    Control of the process at each stage by each employee;
    Ability to estimate workload for a given period through tasks.
