Setting up auto-generation of documents in Bitrix24 

is a fairly typical task for integrators. But in this case, we will talk about non-standard developments to speed up the manager's work and minimise the human factor.

Specifics of the task

In Bitrix, you can generate any documents for a transaction, client, or lead. All the necessary templates are created for this purpose.
In the process, you select the desired document from the list, and it is automatically generated from the data you have in the main body.

But in the case of our client, for each contract, it was necessary to create a table with a breakdown of the payment amount for each month.In addition, the contract contains a clause for converting the payment from USD to UAH. It must be made according to the exchange rate in a particular bank at the time of the contract conclusion.
In other words, we had to set up 2 business processes:● Reconciliation of the payment amount with respect to the number of months and the amount of prepayment, if any.● Pulling up the exchange rate from a particular bank at the time of the contract.
Non-staff improvements to Bitrix24For the convenience of sales managers and contract formation, several interconnected lists have been created in the transaction card. The manager selects an object for which a list of buildings included in this complex is formed in the second line.

How the document is generated● The contract template will automatically include the cadastral number, description of the house, director's data, and bank data.● The agreement will also include data on the apartment, the buyer's data, the floor plan - all the information that is involved in the formation of the agreement.

● To generate a document, the manager selects the required business process in the deal card.

● By clicking on the desired process, the system automatically opens a dialogue box asking you to select a bank, specify the amount of the down payment and the type of debt breakdown.

● If the breakdown is automatic, the employee indicates the number of months and the date of the initial payment.

● After specifying all the necessary parameters, Bitrix24 uses the API to pull up the exchange rate from the selected bank in the background and calculate the payment breakdown. When the business process is complete, the finished document will be displayed in the deal card.

Results
● We have significantly reduced the amount of manual work for the manager. His task is to simply enter the primary information into the transaction card and start the process of generating the document.
● Bitrix itself sends a request to the bank and pulls up the exchange rate in the contract. The system makes the debt breakdown automatically or the manager can do it manually, at the request of the client.
