About our client
A manufacturer of natural cosmetics Dushka came to Digital Foursquare. The company is engaged in online and offline sales. The client was asked to automate business processes by installing a CRM system.

"Dushka is a young and fast growing business. As with most large companies, with time came the question of automating all business processes.
The main goal of the client was to organize the efficient operation of the current processes, freeing up resources to scale the business.
The Bitrix24 CRM system offers many features that allow you to adapt the settings to changes in the business and add functionality accordingly to changing demands.

CRM Setup
CRM was set up on the basis of the cloud version of Bitrix24. This version allows the client to start working in the system immediately after the configuration without installing an additional server.
Setting up access and company structure
We fixed for the company employees to whom it is necessary to report and to whom it is possible to address with a certain issue. Also set up access rights to information and visibility of fields for each employee. As a result of innovations, the everyday work on tasks became more systematic and well ordered.
Correct communication between departments
We have taught employees to use the CRM system to work effectively. Personal and group chats, and the features of the live feed and calendar were explained. Internal employee numbers were also installed in the system. All of this made communication between employees as easy as possible.
Setting up regular reporting for department heads
We learned the company's problems from the heads of different departments. We created templates of tasks and automatic notifications for managers, held a comprehensive training on how to set tasks and how to control them. Thanks to Bitrix24, the heads of departments learned to keep track of their employees' work assignments and workload.
Unified system of communication
All communication channels used by the company were connected to a common CRM system: employees and managers telephone numbers, social networks, e-mail, Telegram and Viber.
Leave systematization
The CRM system has simplified sick and holiday requests and approvals. Employees no longer have to wait for the document to be signed by different managers. If an employee goes on leave, all of his colleagues are notified that he will be unavailable for that period of time.

A business process has been developed which allows you to control purchases at all stages. Tasks with ready-made templates can be created automatically.
Sales organisation
Configured the status of leads and transactions in the client's CRM. Robots have been added to deal statuses that automatically generate invoices, tasks and notifications to customers. Sales managers can monitor employees' work more effectively. They see the number of leads and can check the speed of managers' responses.

Regular task templates with checklists have been created for submitting reports from line managers, to the CEO.
Testing and launching
